Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of digital products (Claude skills, prompt systems, n8n workflows and bundles) on chipiestudio.com, published by Chipie Studio, a French sole proprietorship (the "Seller"). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

The products sold are digital content delivered without a physical medium: downloadable files (Markdown, CSV, JSON, ZIP). The essential characteristics of each product are described on its dedicated page. The products require third-party tools (Claude, n8n, an AI assistant…) whose possible subscription remains at the buyer's expense.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (franchise scheme), as long as the Seller qualifies for it. The Seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order and payment

Payment is made online, in one instalment, via the secure Stripe platform (cards and payment methods offered by Stripe). The order becomes final upon payment confirmation. A receipt is emailed by Stripe.

Article 5 — Delivery

Delivery is immediate: after payment confirmation, the buyer is redirected to a download page and receives the link by email. In case of access issues, the buyer can contact contact@chipiestudio.com and a new link will be provided within 24 business hours.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By confirming the order, the buyer expressly requests immediate performance (access to the download) and acknowledges waiving their 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins.

Article 7 — 14-day money-back guarantee

Independently of the above, the Seller offers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if a product is not right for you, request a full refund by simply emailing contact@chipiestudio.com within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds are issued via Stripe within 14 days at most.

Article 8 — License

Purchase grants a personal and professional, non-exclusive, non-transferable license: the buyer may use the files for their own business, including to produce client deliverables. Prohibited: reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing, or integrating the files into a competing product.

Article 9 — Updates

Every pack includes its corrective and evolutionary updates, delivered by email. The Bundle Chipie Complete additionally includes lifetime updates for all three packs, major additions included.

Article 10 — Liability

The products are productivity tools; the Seller does not guarantee any specific commercial or financial result. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Article 11 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Article 12 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction.
